Units are offered in either 2-bedrooms or 3-bedrooms with living areas varying in size from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet. Each unit comes with one under-building assigned parking space or a detached carport space in the well lit parking lot. Further security comes from an entry phone visitors must use for access. Pets are not allowed in Pelican Point West. If you are looking to rent, you can do so one time per year for a minimum of 30 days. Owners can enjoy a BBQ-picnic area, bike storage, clubhouse, common laundry, community pool, community/meeting room, and vehicle wash area.
