Villa Vizcaya at Bay Colony
Located to the left of Bay Colony Drive in Bay Colony is the Mediterranean inspired Villa Vizcaya. With cobblestone streets and walkways, this breathtaking community offers a touch of European style with the feel of the tropics. Villa Vizcaya was the first community in Bay Colony to offer custom designed luxury homes with fully maintained exterior services. With construction beginning in 1991 the entire community, consisting of 58 homes, was completed in 1994. There are five floor plans to choose from beginning with 2,600 square feet up to 6,000 square feet with three or four bedrooms and three or three and a half bathroom options. Each home has a lake, preserve/lake, or landscaped views, and most homes have a private pool.
