The Terraces
Located in Park Shore, The Terraces is a magnificent building offering amenities galore along with location, location, location. Right around the corner is The Village on Venetian Bay with some of the best luxury shopping, or just a short drive away is The Fresh Market, with the freshest fish and produce in Naples. If you are looking to lease at The Terraces you can do so a maximum of two times per year for a minimum of 90 days. Residents at The Terraces enjoy a bar-b-q picnic area, beach access, bike and jogging paths, bike storage, community pool, community/meeting room, community spa, exercise room, extra storage, guest suites, and a beautiful library.
