Moorings Park at Grey Oaks
Moorings Park has received final design approval from the Naples Design Review Board (DRB) for Phase IV at the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) which is currently under construction at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway. Moorings Park at Grey Oaks offers the opportunity for residents to enjoy a holistic approach to living well. It will not only provide geriatrics clinical expertise and lifestyle programs but also large spacious residential units with lush landscaped settings and sparkling water features as well as access to amenities and activities available through the Sports Membership at Grey Oaks Country Club. In addition to the amenities and programs available on the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks campus, residents will enjoy offseason golf, year-round tennis, additional dining options and fitness facilities, and year-round activities.
The DRB approved a five-story Phase IV building that will feature the community’s Assisted Living and Memory Care Center, 13 penthouse-style independent living units included in the Residences at Grand Place, four guest suites, and a clubhouse built to LEED certification standards.
