The first annual Naples Originals Foodie Camp, a “cook around town with celebrity chefs,” will be held Monday, October 19 thru Thursday, October 22. The four-day series of 90-minute, themed cooking classes will be held in chef-driven restaurants and led by some of Naples’ top chefs. Choose chef-led workshops on fish and seafood recipe preparation, Alsatian cuisine including flatbreads, cooking with the seasons, gluten-free and low-carb the Italian way, innovative cooking techniques, and the foods of Catalunya. Proceeds will benefit the culinary education program at St. Matthew’s House and the NEW Naples Originals culinary scholarship for aspiring chefs at Florida Gulf Coast University.
